Introduction

65gl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, address, payment methods, and compliance with these Terms at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

1.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using 65gl services:

• Persons under the age of 21 years
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from 65gl or any other gambling operator
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, or affiliates of 65gl or its business partners
• Family members or household members of 65gl employees or affiliates

• Individuals previously banned or excluded from 65gl for violations of these Terms

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

2.1 Deposits

You may fund your 65gl account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, Landbank, RCBC, PNB), and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account status and chosen payment method.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or these Terms. 65gl does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation by the payment processor, typically within minutes but may take longer depending on the payment method and processing times of third-party providers.

You represent and warrant that: (a) all funds deposited to your 65gl account are legally owned by you; (b) funds are not derived from illegal activities; (c) you are not using 65gl for money laundering or financing illegal activities; and (d) all payment methods used belong to you personally and are registered in your name.

2.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your 65gl account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity, completion of bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours; bank transfers take 1-2 business days. 65gl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may delay processing times. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose fees on their end.

65gl reserves the right to: (a) refuse withdrawal requests until identity verification is completed; (b) request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals; (c) reverse withdrawals and return funds to your account if fraudulent activity is suspected; (d) withhold withdrawals pending investigation of Terms violations; and (e) process withdrawals in installments if the amount exceeds limits set by payment processors.

2.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on the 65gl Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider will convert the amount to PHP at their current exchange rate. 65gl is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, currency conversion fees, or losses incurred due to currency conversion.

3. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

3.1 Bonus Terms

65gl offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and rewards ("Bonuses") to eligible players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal conditions. These terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements or violation of Bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it. 65gl reserves the right to: (a) modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus at any time; (b) exclude certain players from Bonuses based on playing patterns or account history; (c) void Bonuses and winnings if fraud or abuse is detected; and (d) limit the number or value of Bonuses available to any player.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses require you to wager the Bonus amount a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before Bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are stated clearly in each Bonus's terms and typically range from 20x to 40x the Bonus amount. Different games contribute differently toward meeting Wagering Requirements, with slots typically contributing 100% while table games may contribute less or not at all.

Wagering Requirements must be completed within the specified time period, usually 30 days from Bonus activation. Failure to complete Wagering Requirements within the time limit results in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings. Only bets placed with Bonus funds count toward Wagering Requirements - bets placed with deposited cash do not count.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, placing irregular betting patterns solely to meet Wagering Requirements, or otherwise exploiting Bonuses in bad faith, is strictly prohibited. 65gl employs sophisticated detection systems to identify Bonus abuse. Players found engaging in Bonus abuse will have their accounts terminated, all Bonuses and winnings forfeited, and deposits returned minus any processing fees.

4. Game Rules and Conduct

4.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 65gl Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published and audited by independent testing laboratories. 65gl does not influence game outcomes and cannot predict or control results.

By playing games on 65gl, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) all game results are determined by certified RNG software; (b) historical results have no bearing on future outcomes; (c) the house edge ensures the casino has a long-term advantage; and (d) gambling outcomes involve chance and you may lose money.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. 65gl reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to law enforcement authorities and financial institutions.

4.3 Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect or wish to dispute a bet result, you must contact 65gl customer support within 48 hours of the disputed event. Include your username, transaction ID, game name, date and time, and a detailed description of the issue. 65gl will investigate all legitimate disputes by reviewing game logs and server records.

The decision of 65gl management regarding disputed outcomes is final and binding. If 65gl determines an error occurred in your favor, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly. If an error occurred against you, we will credit your account with the correct amount.

5. Account Termination and Suspension

5.1 Termination by User

You may close your 65gl account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance within 30 days. After 30 days, 65gl may charge an administrative fee for processing withdrawals from closed accounts. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations under these Terms, including outstanding debts or liabilities.

5.2 Termination or Suspension by 65gl

65gl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you violate any provision of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you provide false or misleading information; (d) you fail to complete identity verification; (e) you engage in prohibited activities; or (f) we are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. 65gl may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation and resolution of violations. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, you forfeit any Bonuses, pending winnings, and potentially your entire account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

5.3 Consequences of Termination

Following account termination: (a) all active Bonuses are immediately void; (b) you may not create a new account without express written permission from 65gl; (c) any attempt to circumvent termination by creating new accounts will result in permanent ban; and (d) 65gl reserves the right to report serious violations to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content, materials, features, functionality, and intellectual property available through the 65gl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, are owned by 65gl, our licensors, or third-party content providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The 65gl name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 65gl or our affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

6.2 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 65gl grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit the Service; (b) copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content; (c) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (d) reverse engineer any aspect of the Platform; or (e) use automated tools to access the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The 65gl Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 65gl does not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the Platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components; or (d) game results will meet your expectations.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 65gl's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to 65gl in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

7.3 Technical Issues

65gl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures including but not limited to server downtime, internet connectivity issues, software malfunctions, hardware failures, or third-party service interruptions. In the event of technical errors affecting game outcomes, 65gl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to players.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 65gl Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9. Responsible Gaming

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and 65gl. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila in the English language.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action against 65gl.

10.3 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration or that fall outside the scope of arbitration as determined by applicable law.

11. Modifications to Terms

65gl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 65gl may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

12.5 Force Majeure

65gl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, or fuel or energy shortages.

12.6 Survival

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.
